Yes. Every player competing in CJNL must hold a current England Netball membership before they are eligible to play.

Our coaches select squads based on a combination of factors, including attendance at training, commitment and attitude, effort and teamwork, individual development, team balance, and performance during training and matches. Selections are always made with both player development and the team's best interests in mind.

Not always. As squads must be confirmed before each fixture, coaches select the players best suited for that particular match. While every effort is made to provide opportunities throughout the season, selection cannot be guaranteed every week.

CJNL usually publishes the full season's fixtures before the league starts. Once available, they will be added to the club website and shared with parents.

Generally, no. Unlike some local leagues, CJNL does not normally allow fixture requests or routine rescheduling unless there are exceptional circumstances.

CJNL matches are officiated by qualified umpires following the official England Netball Rules. This provides players with experience of competitive netball and helps prepare them for higher levels of the game.

Club dress or playing kit, suitable netball trainers, a water bottle, hair securely tied back, fingernails cut short, any required medical items (such as an inhaler), and a positive attitude and respect for everyone involved.

We ask all players, parents and supporters to respect umpires, coaches and volunteers, encourage all players positively, follow the Club Code of Conduct, arrive on time, and support the team in a positive manner. Creating a respectful and enjoyable environment helps every player get the most from their netball experience.

Your first point of contact should always be your team's coach or team manager. If they cannot answer your question, they will direct you to the appropriate committee member.
