Are you looking to get back on court, find a new team, meet new people or rediscover your love of netball?

Grappenhall & Widnes Netball Club is recruiting new players, and we’d love to welcome you to the G&W family.

Whether you’re an experienced player looking for competitive netball, returning to the sport after some time away, or simply looking for a fun way to keep active and make new friends, there could be a place for you at G&W.

🏐 Senior netball for everyone

Our senior section offers a range of playing opportunities across different days, divisions and levels:

* Ladies | Monday Premier

* Ladies | Monday Division 1

* Ladies | Thursday Division 1

* Ladies | Sunday Divisions 1 & 2

* Ladies | Wednesday ‘Back to Netball’

* Mixed | Thursday Division 1

With such a variety of teams, our aim is to help players find the right environment for their ability, experience and what they want to get out of netball.

For some, that means competitive matches and challenging themselves on court. For others, it’s about keeping active, meeting new people and enjoying being part of a team.

Whatever brings you through the door, we want G&W to be somewhere you look forward to coming each week.

🌸 Haven’t played for a while? That’s absolutely fine!

You don’t need to have played recently to get involved.

Our Wednesday Back to Netball sessions provide an opportunity for players returning to the sport to find their feet on court again in a friendly and supportive environment.

Whether it’s been a couple of years or you haven’t picked up a netball since school, you’re welcome to come and see what it’s all about.

You might be surprised how quickly it all comes flooding back!

We offer two FREE taster sessions, giving you the opportunity to meet us, join a training session and experience G&W for yourself before deciding whether you’d like to continue.

We can also help point you towards the most appropriate team or session based on your experience and what you’re looking for.
