Thank You, Coach Lauren

Written by G&W Netball Club · Edited by G&W Netball Club

Grappenhall & Widnes Netball Club would like to say a huge thank you to Coach Lauren, who will be leaving our coaching team as she begins her next adventure.

Lauren has been a valued part of the GW Netball family and has given her time, encouragement and support to the club, particularly to our Poppies players.

More Than Just Coaching

Grassroots sport simply wouldn’t exist without people willing to give their time to help others learn, develop and enjoy the game.

A coach can have a lasting impact far beyond what happens on the court. They help players grow in confidence, encourage them when things don’t quite go to plan, celebrate their successes and, most importantly, help create an environment where young people can enjoy being part of a team.

We’re incredibly grateful to Lauren for everything she has brought to that environment during her time with us.

Good Luck, Lauren!

While we’re sad to see Lauren leave the coaching team, everyone at Grappenhall & Widnes Netball Club wishes her all the very best for whatever comes next.

Thank you for your time, commitment and all the support you have given to the club and our Poppies.

You’ll be missed, Lauren. 💙🩷

From everyone at Grappenhall & Widnes Netball Club, thank you and good luck with your next adventure!
